Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-21

These Terms govern access to and use of the Lorinks service ("the Service") at lorinks.ai. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lorinks is an AI-assisted client-intelligence platform for consultants, fractional executives, and strategy professionals. It ingests meeting transcripts that the user provides, extracts structured notes and insights, and presents them in a per-client workspace. The Service does not record, capture, or transcribe live meetings.

Lorinks is operated by Tushar Sharma, a sole proprietor based at Plot 17, Flat C3, Shalimar Garden Ext-1, Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005, India, registered for export of digital services under an IEC (Import Export Code) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Government of India. References to "Lorinks", "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean this proprietor.

2. Eligibility and account

The user must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. The user is responsible for the security of account credentials and for activity under the account.

Business use only. The Service is offered exclusively to businesses and to self-employed professionals (including sole proprietors, freelancers, consultants, fractional executives, and independent contractors) for use in the course of their trade, business, or profession. By creating an account, the user represents and warrants that they are acquiring and using the Service for these purposes and not as a consumer (i.e., not for personal, family, or household purposes). Lorinks reserves the right to refuse service to, or terminate the account of, any user found not to meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

The user shall not:

(a) process data for which the user lacks lawful authority, including transcripts of meetings where consent to transcription was required and not obtained;

(b) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;

(c) reverse-engineer the Service or extract source data outside the published API;

(d) resell or white-label the Service without prior written permission;

(e) circumvent billing, authentication, or access controls.

Lorinks may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Privacy Notice.

Plans and prices. Current plans and prices are displayed at checkout and within the Service. All prices are in US dollars. By completing checkout, the user agrees to the price shown for the plan selected for the current billing period.

Renewal. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. The annual plan does not auto-renew — access ends at the conclusion of the paid 12-month term, and continued access requires the user to start a new subscription. Cancellation of a monthly plan is available in-app at Settings → Billing or through the Paddle customer portal linked in each purchase receipt. Cancellation ends future renewals; the current paid period continues to its scheduled end.

Statement descriptor. Charges appear on the customer's card statement as PADDLE.NET* LORINKS or a similar bank-abbreviated variant.

Taxes. Applicable consumption taxes (US sales tax, EU VAT, UK VAT, and equivalents) are calculated and remitted by Paddle and itemized on the Paddle invoice.

Refunds. Governed by the Refund Policy and processed by Paddle on instruction from Lorinks.

5. Intellectual property

The user retains all rights to Customer Content and grants Lorinks a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to operate the Service for the user. Lorinks retains all rights to the Service, including its interface, code, models, and prompts. Outputs generated by the Service from the user's Customer Content belong to the user, subject to the user's responsibility to review them before relying on them.

6. Sub-processors

The Service routes Customer Content through the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy. The user authorizes those transfers by using the Service.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorinks disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorinks's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Lorinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

The user may terminate by cancelling the subscription. Lorinks may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, the user's right to use the Service ends and Customer Content is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

Lorinks may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and notices

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Service of process and legal notices may be made at hello@lorinks.ai or by post to Lorinks, Tushar Sharma (proprietor), Plot 17, Flat C3, Shalimar Garden Ext-1, Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005, India; telephone +91 78380 22133 (Mon–Fri, 04:30–13:30 UTC).
