Why this exists
Consultants don’t work in meetings. They work across clients. A fractional CFO juggles six engagements at once; an exec coach runs twenty concurrent relationships; a solo strategy consultant manages three-month arcs where every client has documents, meetings, and commitments that evolve weekly.
The tools they use today — Otter, Fireflies, HoneyBook, Dubsado — all organise around the wrong axis. Meeting-notes tools organise around meetings. CRMs organise around projects and invoices. Neither organises around the client — and none of them surface what changed since the last conversation.
Lorinks is where that work lives. One client view, every conversation and commitment in one place, alongside the documents that define the engagement. Decisions have provenance. Follow-ups are generated from what was actually said.
What Lorinks is not
Being explicit here saves both sides a bad signup:
- Not an AI chatbot.Nothing here asks “what did the client say about X?” — we surface structured insights instead.
- Not a meeting recorder. We consume transcripts your platform already produces. No STT, no browser extension, no desktop app.
- Not a CRM. No invoicing, no proposals, no scheduling, no lead management. Those tools exist and are good at their jobs — we work alongside them.
Who’s behind this
Lorinks is built by a solo founder in India. That’s the honest reality — there’s no distributed team, no sales org, no investor deck driving the roadmap. Every decision, every commit, every customer email goes through one person today. The upside: the product stays opinionated and the feedback loop is direct. The downside: we don’t pretend to be enterprise.

Where your data lives — and how you control it.
Solo team, world-grade infrastructure. Lorinks doesn’t run its own servers, and your transcripts don’t sit on a founder’s laptop. Everything lives on Amazon Web Services in encrypted, hardened, audit-logged storage — the same platform that runs Netflix, Stripe, and most regulated SaaS at scale.
Hosted on AWS
Compute, database, file storage, and encrypted backups all run on Amazon Web Services in US regions. No self-hosted boxes, no rented VPS, no laptops with production credentials.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.2+ in transit, encrypted at rest, scrypt-hashed passwords, EdDSA-signed authentication tokens. Encrypted database backups retained 30 days for disaster recovery.
Never trains AI models
Customer Content is not used to train any model — ours or anyone else’s. We route to enterprise APIs (Anthropic, Google, Voyage) under commercial terms, not data-collecting consumer services.
Delete in one click
Settings → Privacy → Delete. Cascades across every transcript, note, and document instantly. You receive a SHA-256 cryptographic receipt as proof of erasure. No support ticket, no email back-and-forth, no friction.
Your data is your property. We process it to run the Service for you, and we surrender it on request — no negotiation, no retention pleas.
