Pricing FAQ
What counts as "5 hours of AI-processed meetings"?+
The actual transcript length you upload during the calendar month — a 45-minute meeting uses 0.75 hours from your pool, a 15-minute standup uses 0.25 hours. The pool covers any combination, from many short check-ins to a handful of long strategic sessions.
What happens if I run out of hours?+
Buy a top-up pack anytime — a Meeting Hours Pack adds 5 hours for $8, and a Document Pack adds 5 documents for $5. Packs are one-time purchases (no auto-renew) and stay valid for 90 days. There are no per-hour overage fees; you only pay for a pack if you choose to.
When does the pool reset?+
On the first day of each calendar month, not your subscription anniversary. Simpler mental model — everyone's pool resets on the same day.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
No paid trial — but the Free tier lets you organise one client manually, no time limit, no card on file. When you need AI extraction and more than one client, upgrade to Pro.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro anytime; the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade at the end of the current cycle.
How much do you save annually?+
$239/year is roughly 17% off — equivalent to about $19.92/month. The annual plan is a fixed 12 months and does not auto-renew. Best fit if you already know Lorinks belongs in your workflow.
What's the refund policy?+
Every charge has a 14-day money-back window — cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After that, annual plans get a prorated refund of the unused time and monthly plans run to the end of the current period. See our refund policy for details.
Do you have a team plan?+
Not at launch. Individual plans only. Team features are on the roadmap once we have feedback from individual users.
Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA compliant?+
Not today. We use SOC 2 compliant sub-processors (AWS, Anthropic, Voyage, Google). Formal certifications are on the roadmap.
